Always in search of fast answers to the demands of the automobile industry, the Randon Companies built the first exclusive testing field in the Southern Region of Brazil, seeking the proving grounds necessary to certify a whole host of products. Located in the city of Farroupliha, 4 kilometers from Fras-le, a Randon Company, it is an area of 87 hectares, has 18 tracks for a total of 15 kilometers, and a 2,200 square meter building that holds the vehicle preparation garage for tests and laboratories. This investment guarantees more safety, quality, competitiveness, and reliability in the company’s products.

Seedling Nursery

The Proving Grounds and the company operate in harmony with nature. Among the environmental compensation measures of the venture, there are improvements in the vegetation and the implementation of a Seedling Nursery. The nursery will produce seedlings for native species such as the Brazilian pine, the camboatá, the chal-chal, the pitangueira and the cherry-tree. The seedlings will be used in the maintenance of the vegetation curtain, the landscaping, and the environmental education program.
